This large two story house in the hills, South of Ventura Blvd features large rooms, all with TVs. Enjoy the Hollywood themed decore, this property perfect for families and dogs. Relax in the jacuzzi, shoot some hoops on the basketball court or fire up the BBQ, you have lots of choices. A perfect West Valley location puts you close to the fantastic restaurants of Ventura Blvd.and shopping malls. Universal Studios and Hollywood's Walk of Fame can be as close as 20 - 25 minutes away.. Malibu and Santa Monica beaches are just over the hill. The rooms are fun and have an eclectic feeling. The large kitchen opens into a family room. After sunset checkout the lights of the San Fernando Valley from the backyard and master bedroom where you can enjoy a drink on the master bedroom's balcony. Being completely transparent we are trying to conserve water, so the lawns will be replaced, but for the time being it's patchy. You can still play a game of cornhole or toss a ball around without a problem. We hope you'll be one of our first guests.
